Privacy and customer information

TalkONE collects business contact, billing, service and usage information so we can create accounts, provide quotes, provision approved services, support customers and manage billing.

Account and service records may contain personal information such as names, phone numbers, service usage, account numbers and addresses. We keep this information in restricted operational systems and use it to provide and support the services you request.

Supplier, payment, and identity details are shared only where required to provide the service, including with payment processors, Telcoinabox/Octane, network or wholesale providers, and operational support systems.
