If your service is not working
- Restart the device and check airplane mode, mobile data and network selection.
- Check whether another TalkONE service at the same location is affected.
- Record the time, location, device and error shown.
- Contact TalkONE on 1300 4 TALK1 or [email protected].
For life-threatening emergencies, call Triple Zero (000). Mobile devices may try another available network for emergency calls, but coverage cannot be guaranteed.
