What can affect your experience
Buildings, terrain, vegetation, network load, weather, being indoors or in a vehicle, and the device or antenna you use can all affect reception and speed. Coverage can vary within a building and while travelling.
Device requirements
Your device must support the relevant Australian network bands and be correctly configured. Access to 5G also requires an eligible 5G plan, compatible device and 5G coverage.
